In fact, this kind of work in this country has become a kind of fashion for the filmmaking industry, not the art of filmmaking!?
The idea and motivation of adopting this type of choice and method in filmmaking can probably create false excitement and enthusiasm in the viewers to see this type of production; But it is also possible that by producing and showing this type of irrelevant and extended scenes, and mostly alien to the main subject of the film; It turns out that those involved in it want to show that they are not so unfamiliar with the technique and art of filmmaking!?!?!?!
    Another matter that may be mentioned can be a way to make this art fruitful; Observing the basic principles is for a correct and simple framing!?!
Unfortunately, in most cases, it can be seen that those involved in the production of a program still do not know which side of the frame they should place the weight or load of the scene for a correct and simple framing!?!
For example: in a news program! Suppose if there is a monitor in front of us; Latino viewers, whose written texts are left-to-right; And as a result of focusing and moving their vision according to their writing habit, it is always inclined and drawn to the right side of the monitor or the picture frame! Therefore, it is better that the load or weight of the scene, i.e. video reports, photos and images of the interviewees in the program and… and… and, for the focus, understanding and attention of such viewers, should be placed on the right side of the frame; And the news anchor or presenter on the left side of the frame! … and in this way, the viewer’s attention is focused directly on the news or report being broadcast! At the same time, he listens to the words of the reporter or news anchor and anchor!
The exact opposite of this method applies to viewers whose written texts are from right to left! Like Persian speakers.
