The film “Organization 4” was produced in 1985-86.
The plot of this film is evidently based on the interactions of drug and gold trafficking gangs, but as we delve deeper into the events of the film, we find other grim truths that we grapple with in modern times.

For example, in about the ninety-fifth (95) minute of the film, in the scene of the first meeting of the son of Agha Reza Glayol (Hussein) and his committee friend (Nasser) with the real head of “Organization 4”, (Siarizeh), in his private home, it says:
“…If you are taking gold out of the country on a large scale, then your 1000 toman banknote is not worth 10 toman!”
At other points throughout the film you can see who or which entities are actively involved in drug trafficking and trafficking in general and what tools and strategies they use!

In another example, in approximately the thirty-seventh (37) minute of the film, the scene of the murder of one of the regional drug distribution heads (Mansoori) and his wife in their home is presented. Before the killers enter the house, Mansoori’s wife, while putting on her hijab, turns her back to the camera. In this way, firstly, it ensures that she is never seen bareheaded in front of the camera, and, secondly, it satisfies the logic that a wife with no non-mahrams in the house alone with her husband does not wear hijab. With this staging, I tried to bring the logical course of married life in the environment of a family and home to the film and cinema scene in the prevailing atmosphere in the country! But as seen; Iranian cinema is still in the incompetent hands of a handful hanging on the art, traveling its crooked way!
Unfortunately, without exception to this day, in the rest of the movies, we see scenes where even in the bedrooms, the housewives sleep with a scarf next to their husbands! But in society and people’s daily life, violation of others’ honor is considered a normal social event and process!!!

This film was broadcast first on TV and then on social media (e.g. YouTube) after the theatrical release with some removed scenes and still in the rough cut because I emigrated during the initial editing phase. Nevertheless, a very recent media release declared the direction of this film to be among the best.

At the bottom of this page you can see my last press conference release for the production of the film “Organization 4” prior to emigrating.
